I've been out in the sun today. Making the most if it, doing my research outside whilst whilst (hopefully) getting a nice tan. You should always wear suncream, but here's why you should use a TONER as part of your daily skincare routine too

I came in and washed my face with cleanser to remove the sticky suncream. Was my face clean? Look at the cotton pad... what do you think?

After washing my face with cleanser, I then applied toner to a cotton pad and wiped over my face again. Look how much suncream was still left on my skin!

Toner helps to remove any last traces of cleanser, suncream, make-up and dirt and prepares your skin to receive moisture from your serum (locked in with your moisturiser).
My Mam is 70 and I recently persuaded her to start using toner in her skincare routine. She is amazed at the difference it's made to how clean and fresh her skin feels and she said she wishes she'd started to use it years ago.
